PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit for the full amount of your ride is required to reserve your booking and time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can call to reschedule anytime. If we can't fly due to weather you will receive a voucher to book your tour on a different day. Return your tour ticket for a full refund with 24 hours of purchasing. You can cancel within 7 days of your flight for a 50% refund. Cancel within 48 hours for a 25% refund.

Please read these quick bullet points to help you book with your Groupon voucher.

Pick your date and time then enter how many people you have.

IMPORTANT: Click the "I have a Gift Card" button at the bottom of the page when entering each jumper's info. See adjacent picture.

It doesn't matter what jump choice you pick, it will credit your account for the value of your voucher.

There is a $25 service fee to process refunds. So please make sure you enter the voucher code in the Gift Card Number box.

Please notice that the "payment due now" per person will change. The total amount due will include the gear rental fee and the non-refundable booking fee. (Can be found when you scroll down on the "FINE PRINT" Section of Groupon's website deal page)
